With an old-school and generally unique feel, given all the bouncing, there’s some fun and challenge to be had here
With the eShop being so over-saturated with genres like traditional platforming titles, sometimes it takes just a small variation to at least somewhat set yourself apart. That seems to have been the plan with this very bouncy take on the genre, generally adhering to what you’d expect in terms of level design but throwing a need to control yourself more accurately overall into the mix. I wouldn’t call it revolutionary by any means, but it appears to have done what it set out to, providing a solid budget platformer that is familiar but throws in a twist for some extra challenge and fun. Whether or not that’s what you’re aching for may be another matter.
