This unique take on crime solving has you moving forward and back through the scene of the crime, relying on only audio as your guide
For fans of the experience of digging into the details in front of you to deduce solutions to a crime, Unheard is a refreshing new take on that process. Pretty much everything in the game revolves around the fact that you’re able to navigate the crime scene and the area around it, listening for whatever may be going on or whoever may be talking nearby. The first challenge is sometimes identifying the players (you can thankfully mark them and then know who moves where), but from there it is the meticulous matter of discovering each conversation or sound that may be relevant by moving the timeline back and forth while you walk through the space. A unique and inventive idea that really changes up expectations for the crime-solving genre wonderfully.
